GoogleMy husband and I were very happy with the friendly and efficient service provided by Naomi and Kathryn at Symonds & Sampson in Bridport during the process of buying our house. There was always someone at the end of the phone and all our enquiries were answered promptly. Even after the sale had gone through they continued to provide additional service and advice to us. This is a very competent and knowledgeable business but with a friendly touch.

GoogleI strongly advise to avoid like the plague! If you want to deal with an estate agent that respects you and your time don't bother with this branch. They have no common decency to communicate with you as an interested person in one of their properties and are happy to leave you hanging, waiting for a response (that you never recieve... ) However it's been a pleasure dealing with the Yeovil branch, this Bridport branch could do with learning a thing or two from them, such as communication and customer service skills. I've frustratingly had to leave one star to post this review which needs to be changed as I'd rather have left none at all. Complete waste of time!

I have both sold and purchased through Symonds & Sampson in Bridport (July 2017) and I would thoroughly recommend them. My property was hard to sell because it was 3 storey with very steep stairs for which there was no fix, but Steve came up with some excellent ideas to help me present the house at its best. Daniel and all the team were very efficient, always followed up viewings and he was a great support. Calls were always returned. Daniel especially helped me find my new home and when the solicitors on all sides were a little weak and petty, he was level headed and helped me find my way through. I noticed a marked difference for the better after the arrival in the Bridport office of Steve and then Daniel, so if you read a historic bad review, ignore it!

GoogleS&S worked as a great team, and really showed they had our best interests at heart, in the way they negotiated our sale and their sound advice. They seemed to get the balance just right, giving assistance to the buyer to view the house with builders etc, but pushing on when things seemed to slow, to bring the sale to a great conclusion. We highly recommend them.
