Hi Manju. As explained to you several times, WM&T did not "back out" the transaction. We were instructed to terminate the sale by the seller and we are legally obliged to follow their instructions. I feel it is really unfair for you to repeatedly make this claim when it is not accurate and doesn't tell the whole story.
