Nick and the team do an excellent job giving you regular feedback on viewings and follow up on the legal process on your behalf. The solicitor I used was very complimentary about the Bridgwater team. The levels of professionalism are excellent yet you still feel like they really care about you and they manage expectations and endeavour to get the best price possible for your property I have no problem in highly recommending Wilkie May, Nick and the team at Bridgwater

GoogleWe had Nick from Wilkie May & Tuckwood around to value our house in Cannington. He was very positive about our house and we agreed on the value. He then gave us breathing time to decide what we wanted to do. Then 2 days later we rang them and agreed to let Wilkie May & Tuckwood market our house. They did some great photos and presented the details to a high standard. Once it was on the market they would ring every other day to tell us if people were showing interest in our property. Then on the first viewing a young couple said they wanted to make an offer which was a little under the asking price. But because they were first time buyers and had no property to sell. We accepted their offer. From being to end Nick and Jeremy were excellent in putting us first and making sure we were happy. They both kept saying we work for you and we want to make the selling of your lovely house something to remember a happy smooth sell. They were true to their word. Jenny showed us around many, many properties and we found her knowledge and foresight to be exceptional, many times she gave us ideas to overcome concerns we may of expressed. Always hoped she would be our guide when viewing with Wilkie May. When, with Jenny’s help, we found our next home Claire was always readily available whatever our concern. Her expertise and knowledge is second to none. She genuinely cares and wants to help, always responding to e mails and telephone calls quickly.

This is the second time I have used Wilkie May and Tuckwood in Wellington to sell and buy property and I rate them as the best estate agent in the area, I couldn't imagine using another agent! Their staff are easy to communicate with, supportive, friendly and responded quickly to any concerns or issues that came up. Their staff really do work as a tight team and do their very best to take the stress out of selling and purchasing your home. At their helm, John in particular was good at using a little humour to help one gain perspective at times. Appreciated!

Excellent and efficient customer service! We dealt with Emmajayne, David and Steve, all of whom were fantastic from the start of the process (putting our house on the market), through the sale of our property with the help of the Emmajayne (what an asset to the company) and her finding us a new family home. We decided to buy our next property via Wilkie May & Tuckwood, mainly due to the service we received on our sale - it also helps that they have a sizable housing stock! It's so impressive that nothing appeared too much to ask the team, who regularly spent extra time to ensure we felt reassured. Moving home can be stressful at times, but Steve acted as a great link between Wilkie and the solicitors, taking the time to keep me updated and in chasing for progress, we managed to exchange much sooner given the help we received and I was most grateful for the 'after-sales' experience. The lettings team in Taunton have been looking after us very well over the last 6 years. Even though just before Christmas the landlord decided to advise us that they would be selling the property, Justin was straight on the case and found us a suitable property within a few days. Changeover was as painless as a house move can be. Brilliant service all round.

After a long and what seemed like an unusually lengthy and complex sale, we made it. Jodi was, with dogged persistence in her dedication to helping me get to the finish line, so supportive. Without her help I think I would have struggled to go the distance. Of course, it was a team effort, from Jack who was initial in getting the house on the market to Rebecca who supported from the office. I can whole heartedly, recommend WM&T.
