Successful Sale by Newport office.

Matt picked up the baton of selling our house in late June. The Newport office, particularly Sue and Grace, kept us fully updated about viewings and giving us very timely feedback. By early July it was sold. Whilst the sale process had a few bumps along the way (nothing to do with Nick Tart) Sue and Grace kept it going forward culminating in a successful sale. We have been so impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the Nick Tart team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks to them all.

I instantly warmed to Mike, who was approachable and honest and seemed to take a genuine interest in my house. He took over 100 very professional photographs of my house and turned the sales particulars around very quickly. I had 6 viewings booked in within 2 days of going on the market and the house sold in one week. Laura and Sarah were fantastic at gaining the feedback and keeping me up to date with viewings. We switched to Nick Tart after having a horrible experience with a different Telford estate agent, and we’re so glad we did as the service we received was excellent. We were kept in the loop about everything that was happening, and quickly received lots of interest and views on our property (something the previous agent had failed to do). When a sale fell through they quickly got us back on track and we still completed within a good timeframe. All of the team were excellent, but special thanks to Matthew who took the time to explain and answer all of my questions above and beyond what you’d expect of an estate agent
