The representative did not stop talking at me the whole time I was in the house.
Due to her approach, I was unable to collect my own thoughts on the property, or even get a work in edgeways into the conversation.
The manager later advise they encourage 'positive interaction' with the customer. But talking at somebody non-stop, and making it a one-way conversation is not positive interaction!

Do not get involved with Peter Morgan estate agents. Do not pay rent or manage property well. Consistently lie to landlords just to put off paying. They owe me two months rent and are saying that landlords have to go through a claims procedure to get it back.
