GoogleWe have been very pleased with the personal nature of the service we received. We felt that WHB provided prospective buyers who were a good fit for our property. When a sale was agreed they went over and above to ensure that the sale came to fruition. We would definitely recommend WHB to anyone thinking of marketing their property.

TrustpilotAvoid. Greedy, pushy and unhelpful.
Tried to rush things through at the end before things were ready as clearly wanted their commission, seemed to make things up, tried to force a mortgage appointment upon us when we said we were sorted to the point they booked us in after we had said no many times and despite numerous times politely asking never came and collected our sold sign after moving in. Recommend going with smaller more genuine companies.

Signed up to sell house with William H Brown and regretted it. For some reason the Branch i was dealing with took it upon themselves to string me along for 6 months. In short, the property never went 'live'. No For Sale sign, no photo's online. I got the impression they worked in their own bubble, and took on the business to possibly stop me going elsewhere. Beware!

Awful. Was interested in a property marketed by this company and got myself booked into a viewing. The person who showed me around the property had quite clearly just memorised the fact-sheet (which anyone could have done) and could not respond to simple questions. He was more interested in making sure his car did not get ticketed than showing me around the house.Why would anyone use these people as selling agents? Absolutely add no real value.

They viewed my property to rent, then changed energy suppliers without my knowledge or agreement. I only found this out after I had rejected their services. I was told that they were in partnership with 'Smart' energy, and it was in the contract (which was never accepted or signed)BEWARE! There are a lot of hidden charges in contract which are generally inclusive with other agents.Read - check - read again, before giving instructions!

Staffs of William H Brown (a division of Sequence Ltd) are full of bullies and harassers with no sense of good customer's value. Thye breached my confidentiality which had caused me and my family serious emotional distress but when I raised compalint, everyone began denying claiming that it wasn't them and niot investigation has been provided to support that it was actually investigated, no interview had been granted in person. Too bad.

Rude office staff, close early with no notification. No call backs, agent showing property had zero interest or knowledge in the property. Waste of time! I viewed a house at 1645 and tried to call the office to put in a offer at 17:05. The Office stated on their website and on the voice mail there were open until 18:00.

Made and enquiry as a buy to let property investor on Wednesday. I am still waiting to hear back. Check out the board/management team. There are 11 members listed. However they are all 100% male. You dont need to know any more about how this business thinks and operates. I guess that is reflected it its TP scores. Although they are an estate agency what do you expect!

GoogleThe Brentwood Branch, led by Tara, has been exemplary in selling our property, finding a committed buyer in less than a week and helping facilitate exchange of contracts for a new property just three months after the sale. Tara's colleagues, such as Charlie, were always helpful, and the atmosphere was cheerful and efficient whenever I popped in.

If you want an agent who will NEVER call you back, then look no further than William H Brown. Absolute joke, and the only refreshing note is that I'm not alone in my experience. Run away from this agent if you can. I fail to believe they are still able to be a success based on this level of incompetence.

We have been without heating and hot water for a significant time now and sequence have shown zero ability to assist or rectify the situation. Sequence have repeatedly taken inordinate amount of time to book in work to property.Sequence / William h brown are a woefully inadequate company. Staff do not care and communication is poor. Read the many other similar reviews and avoid at all cost

GoogleProfessionalism at it’s finest. The team were amazing and accommodating at all points, making for a very enjoyable selling experience. To any people looking to sell their houses, I highly recommend. The staff were friendly and very efficient. A few hiccups from the buyer, however the team handled it amazingly. 5 stars, thank you so much.

William H Brown, the estate agents who make your move stress free .... really?? It’s been nothing but stress. We have been trying to liaise with this company in Suffolk for nearly 6 months in a supposed chain free purchase. They are not truthful and do not act on your instruction. Not worth their fee in my opinion and rude into bargain. It’s a miracle if they even return your calls!!!
