GoogleHaving been disheartened by local Estate Agents telling me that I would not get the sort of price I was looking for my property or infact sell in the timescales I needed to, Ian was introduced by a friend who had sold and bought through Tinsley &Co.
When meeting Ian on a Sunday afternoon, for the first time, Ian said he loves selling houses and it's what he does best and this was certainly evident with mine. Not only did he sell my house he received multiply offers after just the first block viewings and we accepted an offer that was in excess of the asking price!
Ian is fantastic, professional, efficient and what sets Ian apart is that he is happy to meet up or do viewings that are not just convenient for him but that are suitable for his clients. He will go the extra mile for both the buyer and seller and always be at the end of a phone should you need him.
I was so impressed with Ian and the after sale care recieved from Janet, I listed another property with Tinsley &Co which was dealt with equally great service and was sold both smoothly and efficiently. Just Brilliant!
