GoogleDon't trust them. They told us a pack of lies and we're difficult start to finish with buying a property. Told us a pack of lies, went back on their word and even for estate agents felt they were sub human. Don't think I'd bother moving if I had to rely on these lot.

GoogleWe decided to sell our house through Meacock and Jones, after invited a couple of other estate agents to value our property. Everyone you deal with is genuinely nice and good at their jobs, which I can’t say the same for the agent we bought through! Very responsive and as soon as there were any signs of difficulties, their management team jumped in and helped push things along. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

GoogleCannot recommend the Meacock and Jones Team highly enough. Going the extra mile. Personally recommended to me - and I know why. Your housing challenge becomes theirs. They will help you every step of the way, with very competitive fees. But the service is really excellent. We had a couple of issues with the Bank and Solicitor not communicating correctly - on his day off Paul chased around looking for a working fax machine which for some reason was the only way this could get resolved in the timeframe. Driving some distance, despite it not being an Estate agent issue at all, name me an estate agent who would do that for you on their day off. However it was holding up our transaction - so therefore we had their reliable help. Robert hand delivered paperwork to help us out. The Team in the office were friendly and helpful. Everyone was focussed on getting us moved. There we go - top marks - highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe used Meacock and Jones to sell our property and were extremely happy with the service they provided. They provided an honest and considered assessment and guide price of our house, and marketed supplied strong marketing generating plenty of interest. The sales process hit a few issues along way which Meacock & Jones worked hard to resolve and ended up ensuring that the sale of the property went through to the satisfaction of all parties. We were kept informed throughout the process and found everyone to be helpful and professional. I would recommend Meacock & Jones and although I have no intention of moving any time soon, would use them again myself.

Moving house is always stressful and selling my mothers’ much loved home after her death was quite traumatic but having the staff at Meacocks by my side felt very supportive and I think the fact they are a family run business giving that personal touch makes a world of difference. GoogleHaving moved home half a dozen times, Meacock and Jones are the first estate agent I would wholeheartedly recommend. The sale of my property survived two Lockdowns and a collapsed chain just before Christmas, thanks to the dedication of Russell and Robert. Many hurdles arose during the protracted conveyance but the team at Meacock were always communicative, up to speed, calm and reassuring, and were absolutely key to enabling the sale to eventually complete. If you are looking for a highly professional, dedicated and competitively priced estate agent, look no further than Meacock and Jones

GoogleLiterally the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. We brought our new home through Meacock & Jones, the offer first went in in December 2019 and they could not have been more helpful with our questions and additional viewing needs. They honestly do what they say they will and chased up everyone in the chain to ensure we stayed on track. Our estate agents furloughed all staff (helpful) and did nothing for two months, so Meacock & Jones picked up there side also with chasing the solicitors. Our move dates slipped and then our buyer lost their mortgage offer and we had to find a new buyer, all the while Meacock & Jones ensured they used the knowledge of our seller to keep the sale on side and that we did eventually move into our new home and could not be happier!!! We tell everyone to use them and most certainly would use them ourselves in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhen we purchased our first home Meacock and Jones were the selling agent, and from the beginning they were fantastic to deal with. When things were moving slowly due to solicitor hold ups they were really proactive in speaking to all the relevant parties and getting things moving, and always kept us updated. I honestly think the whole process would have taken weeks longer without them. They’re friendly, honest, local independent estate agents.
