GoogleAVOID - End of Tenancy nightmare, will never rent through these clowns again, especially "Jamie", Charging double what normal quotes are for clean / removal of property. Either down to poor negotiating skills, plain lazyness or who knows what else... AVOID - hindered move out process to keep deposit

Dear Mr Mokas, It is a real shame that you feel like this as we have always acted in a professional manner. As previously mentioned if the property has been left in the condition you found it as per your inventory we would not have any issues at all at the end of the tenancy. Removal of your rubbish and goods is not part of the check out process along with the dirty conditions that you left. The DPS provide a dispute service for a reason and we shall see what they decide. As mentioned above the tenancy was a good tenancy until the stage of moving out, I do hope that you don't leave the same issues with any landlords in the future

GoogleI have been using Hardings to let and manage my house in Brentwood for 16 years. I've never had a problem. Tenants have mostly stayed long term which suits me and when Hardings have had to remarket the property the void period between tenants has been a week or so at most. I just wish I could afford to buy another house for them to let and manage for me!!!
