GoogleAs a landlord choosing the right letting agents is so important!!
I have had problems with a previous agency, but was recommended to use Hardings by a close friend who has done a great deal of business with them over many many years!! I value his opinion and he couldn’t rate them high enough and I know he expects perfection!!
Well Hardings easily managed to let the property during the quiet Xmas/New Year period!! Since then the tenants have taken occupancy and there have been a couple of unforeseen property issues, but all handled in a prompt and diligent manner!! All is now settled 🤞🏻and hopefully things have now settled down.
Karl and his team have given a fantastic personal service and I also appreciate everything they have done!!
So glad I moved my property to them!!

Me and my husband recently were renting through this agency and we truly regretted our decision
They are full of lies and sugarcoat everything!
Beginning with the property that wasn't what we saw was advertised online from the horrible neighbours we had to deal with and the neighbourhood!
When we asked them they specifically said they had zero complaints about the neighbours when indeed we found the hard way that's not true!
I have never had so much horrible experience with property agency in my life
I do not recommend them at all they are greedy people who just want to take your money and most likely never give your deposit back and make it all your fault!
I truly do not recommend them to anyone!

GoogleIf you're a tenant I would recommend to avoid this letting agency and agree with the recent reviews that they have became just another greedy company. They don't want to give the deposit back easily, full of lies, trying to blame that property was not cleaned to a professional standard even thought the condition of the property was much better than before we moved in and every inch of flat was cleaned. They do inspections sooo often that you need to take days off for them, just so they can come and take photos each time for a max of 1min! They don't really do any repairs and the attitude of some staff is just appaling. This agency has gone downhill and if you want a trustworthy company then I would advise you to avoid this one.

GoogleThey will take your money and they absolutely do not care what happen to you after that. Very one sided, as long as they get what they want. Even if your rent is fully paid on time they pester you with 3 monthly inspections, they refuse to do repais, although I am not sure that you can call it a repair if it was already broken when you moved in. Every time I contact them the only thing I hear that 'the landlord didn't give us permission', that's a good excuse.

FacebookWe have just finished a tenancy through Hardings and they were excellent throughout. Responsive to problems, good communication, helpful guidance. Clearly this also relies on a responsive landlord too and ours was very good, but the agent plays a big part.
Obviously tenants don't have input as to which agents properties are let via, but I would recommend landlords to use Hardings as they have been excellent from our point of view. We have rented lots over the past 13 years and used many agents in Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury. Hardings have been the best by far.

General overall recondition of old house(Character house) is unfairly put up on tenants head by taking away all his deposit.
Taking my fight with deposit protection. Don’t know how it’s going to go .

I can see my deposit is used to give new makeover to entire house.Repaint all the rooms
Replace all fence panels in garden and to by new white goods.
Replace kitchen sink and to do new woodwork in kitchen.
The Agent initially said there will be some costs towards painting but it appears like due to landlord's greed for money hardings agent gave in and wants entire deposit (£1800) towards above extra work.. Taking my fight up with DPS.

Dear Dinesh, We have let time pass now and the DPS have made their decision that the condition you left your rental property in was not the way that you found it. We would prefer that you left the property the way that you found it and we did not have to deal with the amount of work that you left us to deal with to get the property in the condition to re-let it to another tenant. Despite previously introducing other colleagues to the agency after my recent experience I have told everyone to steer clear.

GoogleI'm going to start by giving them 5 stars because they have potential to be a top Property Management company.As everywhere in business theres allways going to be "+" and "-" this one is not perfect , but overall I'm happy with the property that Myself and Fiance has rented through them.
First encounter matters a lot and have to say that Tilly Wise one of their employees has been extremely polite and professional and for me that is a must. Almost every time in a business contract at least for myself is not about the problems that appear but how they are resolved.
