Every encounter we had with the team was amazing and the process of applying and moving in has been exceptional and stress free. My past experiences of using estate agents for house purchases or sales have never been positive. That is until now. Our transaction was fairly simple as we had a first time buyer buying our house and that was the end of the chain. I found communications excellent. Never any delays. Always helpful. Always on time. Conducted viewings for us. Price was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. Katie and Chloe at the Carlton office handled the whole transaction very professionally. Thank you

DO NOT BUY OR SELL WITH BAIRSTOW EVES SOUTHEND ON SEA. Absolute Mickey Mouse setup where the agents dont even know who to contact to confirm a viewing! And so rude and unprofessional!Happy to explain more but not enough space!! Plenty of good Estate Agents around, I implore you not to use them!!!

GoogleI have used Bairstow Eves now for a number of years for my rental property. When my property becomes available to rent again, Bairstow Eves have always found me another tenant immediately and I have never had a period when the property was empty. The staff are so helpful and make the whole process so easy, and have always been on hand to give me advice. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Lisa Brookes.I would recommend anyone looking for good customer care, attention to detail and a professional and personalised experience to Lisa. An amazing listener which was duly noted as Im quite literal and very black and white person. She understood my position thus far and how I was not happy or satisfied. Did not complain or was rude but took me on and made it her mission to get me processed and through the system as quick as possible. Because of this I now have the accommodation I want. Was very close to taking my business elsewhere. Amber brown was very professional in the viewing and answered my queries.At first I wasn’t sure whether to leave a review due to certain difficulties I came up against whilst dealing with Bairstoweves but the way Lisa took on my case and made it her mission to turn my experience around was outstanding and should be an example.

GoogleThis branch in Brentwood is a disgrace to bairstow eves.I wanted too get a valuation for my property last summer and was told by one of the workers there isn’t an estate agent around to do so for over 2 weeks so I thought as it was summer I’d give them the benefit of the doubt then last Friday the 9th of November to my amazement I pressed 1 for sales after phoning more than 10 times through the whole day the phone was just ringing and ringing not one person had the decency too answer the phone. Please people avoid and go elsewhere and spend your money this brentwood branch should be closed down !!!!

GoogleThe best service available from Juliet and the team at Brentwood. Juliet, in particular, gave the most helpful and professional guidance (and plenty of moral support) at the end of a tenancy, the final stages of which turned out to be rather difficult. It was a stressful time for us but it was made so much more bearable knowing we had the experience and support from the team at Bairstow Eves. We recommended them to friends recently who have also had a good experience on the lettings side.

We recently embarked on a grand adventure of moving into a property through Bairstow Eves, aiming to settle in before Santa squeezed his way down the chimney. Thanks to the superhero trio comprising Jade, Amy, and Joseph, our Christmas miracle came true! Jade was our trusty point of contact, and when she took a day off for training, Amy swooped in to save the day. And let's not forget Joe, who kept us in the loop when Jade and Amy were off gallivanting. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, leaving us with nothing but smiles.Now, here's the twist: the only hiccup we encountered was the moving-in gift box they provided. Can you believe it? 0.0% beer! It's like they were trying to test our resolve. Almost had us deducting a star from our rating! But hey, let's not dwell on that minor blip. Overall, this branch is a well-oiled machine, managing everything with finesse.Kudos to the team for a job well done! You've earned yourselves a round of applause. 🎉
