GoogleI can’t recommend this agency enough, what a fantastic service they provide. Me, my wife and 18 month old have been viewing rental properties in brentwood for 3weeks through different agencies, all we have been met by is lies and time wasters and pushy agents who do not care about us and only care about getting a sale. Finally we came across a property with Bairstow eves, spoke to STEVEN WARNER on friday and made a booking for monday, and even though we didnt go with with the property we initially viewed on monday morning, STEVEN showed us a different property within 15 minutes at brunel house as he listened to our needs and now we have agreed and have a moving date. STEVEN is the most honest, patient and proffesional agent we have ever dealt with. We cannot thank you enough. We will definitely use STEVEN and the Bairstow eves team as our one stop agent for our future needs. THANK YOU ALL.

Dishonest, incompetent, the last 18 months have been infuriating stressful and costly, systemic failures in their property management team, did not manage the property licensing process, Help2 Rent tenant, let the H2R rent guarantee expire, so no rent cover and tenant in significant arrears, a personal data breach, lost keys, among a litany of failures. Avoid this company at all costs look around do t be fooled by the size of this company, it’s size dwarfs its ability to manage a single property with competence or integrity.

While in the process of purchasing a property i had my mortgage adviser and solicitor, but the agent pressured me into using their services by stating multiple times on the phone the seller would rather the buyer use their services. After the third time i was pressured into saying yes because in all the telephone conversations i was not getting anywhere until I said yes.The mistake I made was having all this conversation in a telephone conversation instead of emails. Their complaint department just threw the case under the bus because I had no evidence and their telephone conversations were not recorded.I avoid this company and their services.

GoogleWe had a good experience with the purchase of our new home with the Brentwood branch of Bairstow Eves . We always had a prompt response with any enquiries we had , as well as support dealing with solicitors and other individuals involved in our purchase . The purchase of a new property can often be stressful , we felt that Bairstow Eves Brentwood , was very understanding to our needs and was always professional. We would recommend them . GoogleWe didn’t particularly enjoy our buying experience with Bairstow Eves. Of the mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and the estate agents involved, they (Bairstow Eves) were definitely the weakest link. The estate agent we dealt with in particular quite often waffled, loudly, a lot and rarely paused to listen; needing sharp interjections from our side to keep discussions on track. She didn’t at one point ask our buying situation and in doing so missed the opportunity to let the property we were moving from. On our first viewing with said agent, we were restricted from viewing the garden which would have shown one of the key issues with the rear of the property. Intentional? We'll never know. The sale went through eventually, so we can be grateful for that.

GoogleI cannot thank the team at Brentwood Bairstows enough for helping me through the sale of my property. The sale became quite complicated and difficult at the home stretch (excuse the punn) and without them I doubt the sale and our consequential purchase would have happened before Xmas, which was imperitive. GoogleOur property was listed with another agent for around three months with no concrete interest so we signed up with Bairstow Eves. Within a month there was a firm offer on the table and we are hoping to complete soon. Paul, Donna and the rest of the team at the Brentwood branch have been really helpful throughout the process; from the initial listing through to the conveyancing stage, keeping us informed of progress every step of the way.

GoogleI have used Bairstow Eves services for 10 years. They managed the letting and then the sale of my property. Juliet, Paul and Ellisha have been professional, pro-active and supportive throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their service has been excellent and I couldn’t ask for more.

TrustpilotSpying on you asking personal information has non acting agents.
They call you without saying who they are spying and acting like it’s your estate agent selling your home that you have chosen. I’m positive they are breaking data protection has they impersonate another acting estate agents. It’s not until you say can you conform who you are when you’ll be surprised to see it’s a spying estate agent asking for personal confidential information from you. I’ve recorded the calls to send onto the ombudsman has it’s against regulations.

Bairstow Eves in Wanstead have been fantastic in every respect in the process of letting our flat in the area recently. Elaine and Adam are always quick to respond to queries, helpful in explaining issues and clearly have a very keen instinct about prospective tenants. They know the area really well and are always available to help. I recommend this professional company .
