Dear Mr Sadique, thank you for your review. We always value constructive feedback and welcome you to come to our offices to discuss the matter at hand. It is clear that you have chosen not to do this. I understand that you took longer to send over a holding deposit for a property to let and in this period of time the property was let and someone moved quicker to secure it. I can understand why you would be upset but I am sure you will understand that we represent our landlords best interests and have to secure a let at the earliest opportunity.
