I recently enjoyed working with Suay at Wren & Co. to rent my home. From the beginning, I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to the process. Suay took the time to understand my needs and goals, and he developed a personalised marketing plan to find the right tenants for my property. He was also very responsive to my questions and concerns and kept me updated throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by Suay's engagement and communication skills. He always went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed. He also made me feel confident that he would represent me in the best possible way. Eventually, Suay found the perfect tenants for my home in just a few weeks. I am so grateful for his hard work and dedication, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Wren and Co, is a very personal and tailored real estate service, the service is client focused and results driven. I have been a client of Suay for many years and more recently both Suay and Taras. The tenants have always been A grade professionals. From offer, to referencing through to contract signatures and move in, you are briefed at every stage. A very highly recommended firm...

I contacted them for a flat in Muswell Hill, and they showed me the property. I made an offer, but I never received a response. Later, I found out that the property was "let agreed" on their website without any notification to me. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Had a really positive experience working with Wren & Co to find a flat to rent in London. Finding a rental property is a pretty stressful process, but they made it really easy with lots of open communication, regular updates and flexibility on their side to make things work. It really felt like they care about the renters as well as the landlords which is pretty rare. Would highly recommend!
