GoogleI have been working with Taras and Wren for many years, having been a landlord for over 30 years I have to say Taras is the most professional agent I have ever worked with. He goes above and beyond to provide and deliver the best service possible. I would highly recommend Wren for lettings and sales. Working with Wren is a pleasure and they are the first agents I call when I am dealing with any new lettings or renewals. I look forward to working with Wren for many years to come.

GoogleIf you are finding home in UK, they are the right person to contact. From assisting to each step to get your dream house to handing out the house keys until it is perfect for you shift, they make everything right. Trustworthy is the right word to describe them.Suay and Taras were amazing!! Taras even helped me with my luggage when I was trying to move 4-6 suitcases all by myself.Thank you guys and keep up the good work 🙏🙏

GoogleI had been looking for a flat to rent for a long time, lots of promises of call backs from other agents but the only agents that done what they said they were going to do in the time frames that they promised where Wren & Co Residential, specifically the consultant I dealt with Isaiah Leiva Berger. Great service, pleasure to deal with and he found me my ideal place, thank you Isaiah!

GoogleI've been renting in London for a couple of years and nothing has beat the service Suay provided. I had been struggling to find a place for almost 2 months, as so many agents in London rent through a bidding war with flats going much higher than the asking price. Suay is the complete opposite of most agents in London, I got my flat for the asking price listed and the whole process couldnt have been easier, Suay was ontop of all contracts and any legal documents that agents should provide (which in my past experience with other agents they dont always provide it). Could not recomend enough, absolutely amazing service and thank you Suay for getting me my dream flat!

GoogleThey told me renting a flat in London was a long and painful process, especially coming from outside the UK. But not for me! Luckily, I ran into Wren&Co. From the very first moment, Taras and Suay were very responsive and flexible to accommodate my schedule. They helped me throughout the entire renting process, answered all my questions in a timely manner and made everything very easy and efficient.

GoogleVery unprofessional. Arranged and confirmed a viewing with me over the phone (3 days prior). I arrived and after having to call up I was told the property no longer available. Person I spoke to didn’t seem to care or understand the inconvenience.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to travel for a viewing that did not go ahead. We always aim to keep our clients updated and to provide clear communication around property availability. In this case, while an initial discussion about a viewing took place, the appointment was still subject to confirmation and unfortunately was never finalised on our side. We appreciate that this may not have been made clear enough at the time, and we will be reviewing our processes to ensure that all viewings are only confirmed once we have full certainty of availability. We value your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope we can assist you with another property in the near future.

GoogleFlat hunting is notoriously difficult however working with Isaiah was nothing but a breeze. Any questions I had, or worries Isaiah was there to clarify and help understand. Isaiah even (successfully) advocated to stop the landlord increasing the rent! Would definitely recommend Wren & Co to anyone who is looking to move in the North West of London area!

GoogleWe recently rented a flat in London using the help of Wren & Co, and Suay - the Managing Director. This has been nothing but phenomenal; We relocated from a different country and needed more time and attention for all questions, process and arrangements, Suay led us through with fairness, transparency, proactive approach and many useful vital tips that helped us land and get into our new flat with great vibes and energies. Thank you Suay for a wonderful, high-value service!

The whole process from start to finish is seamless, the experience can be stressful if you’re in the wrong hands, which I have experienced with other agencies! I am very happy with Wren & Co Residential indeed.

GoogleIncredibly fast professional team of Taras and Suay. They have found me a tenant in 2 days and went above and beyond with sourcing contractors to repaint and set property ready for tenants. I am a busy mum and every visit would have been very time consuming as I didn’t live that close to the property. Taras even came on his day off to do final checks and pass the key. Just very rare to have such a personal approach this days . Strongly recommend Wren & Co Residential
