GoogleI have known Director of the company for sometime; however we listed our property to rent through another very reputed national agency with local presence in our area. However, after the other agency failed to close deal in 4 weeks and over 15 viewing, I asked the director of Property Hub for help. His second client signed and property went in less than 3 days.
While I have known the director, this review is professional review without bias and so I will limit it to verifiable facts as stated above.

GoogleMy experience with Property Hub was very mixed! The fees were extremely low and they were efficient at drawing up the tenancy agreement, plus they were reasonably flexible with contract details which was helpful. I would recommend them for that reason. HOWEVER, the customer service is very mixed - we were frequently given differing information by different agents (e.g. about costs), sent incorrect documents, promised calls back which never came...once I was even hung up on! We had to 'pester' the agency quite a bit so that we could get everything in order. I had an overall positive experience, but proceed with caution if you want a hassle-free agent.

GoogleThe best thing for you to do is to go and query the Director of the company. He is very gross, impolite and vulgar!! This will give you a clear indication where this company is vison and services lies. By the way, I dont understand why landlords would allow this director / agent look after their property clearly this man has no respect for his potential clients!

Dhrutika, You are absolutely right in judging us...Specially after Tenant fees ban many agents are treating tenants differently as often we hear now a day, may be the reason could be they cannot charge fees to tenants anymore hence would not give enough attention to their needs however this can never be the case at Property Hub. We believe for lettings tenants are equally important, as matter of fact if there is no tenants, no lettings simple !!!
