GoogleBy far the best agent I have ever had. We were wonderfully looked after, from appliances to upgrades - nothing was a hassle to be fixed or improved. GoogleWonderful service and wonderful team. I was put in really short notice and stressful circumstances to find accommodation. Every estate agent was not able to help until I came across Mark Simons. He was understanding and quick to deliver and within a few short days a property was found for me thanks to his clear dedication and customer care. The property was lovely and rarely ever had any issues with the place. On the rare occasion there was one, Mark was always quick to swiftly sort it out. I could not recommend Mark’s services any more 😁

GoogleMr and Mrs Simons is a professional, reliable letting company and I mostly dealt with Mark who is the MD. Any maintenance issues I had with the flat were dealt with promptly and he was generally very easy to contact which made the tenancy stress free. I had a contract through them for two years and had no issues at all - thank you for an excellent service.

GoogleI lived for 4 years at a property managed by Mr & Mrs Simons as a tenant and they were excellent at taking care of us and the property. Always available, reactive at any time needed and practical. I would highly recommend them as a tenant but also as a property owner myself 1000 times.
