Worst experience for renting, asking for 6 months rent 3 months before moving in date, then asking to pay 2 months in advance for rent throughout the rest of tenancy, it was never agreed, it was added to the contract in small print only realised after.

GoogleAn excellent experience at every stage, from start to finish. The marketing photos and other materials were first-rate. Lots of viewings right from the start : everything was well organised, and the communication around booking viewings was clear, concise and timely. Excellent advice and guidance during the Offers process. Very diligent at following through during the conveyancing process, and keeping the communication going well. Could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleTatiana managed my letting process throughout. She was outstanding- professional, courteous, attentive and polite. She found tenants very quickly (within 24 hours) paying me the price I had requested. She is a dream to have given my job is all consuming like most of us. She made me walk away very happy with m and p. I shall be renting this flat with them forever after this experience.

The worst Estate agents. Not only they lie to their applicants making false promises on behalf of their landlords so they can secure a tenancy- they DO NOT run thorough checks on their applicants resulting in them introducing sub lettors!!!!! Just as long as they get their commission.

Marsh and Parsons sent me JUNK MAIL and made me pay for it!! I received a letter stating I needed to pay the postage for an unidentified letter. I paid the amount and then received the letter to see that it’s solicitation for business! Are you joking me??!!

Marsh and Parson used contractors that flooded my flat rendering it unusable. When I complained they said they ‘had no responsibility for third party contractors’ so I must take it up with the contractors - that they hired ! Read all the reviews on here and avoid this company at all costs.

They hired a contractor to fix a leak who flooded my flat rendering it uninhabitable. When I complained they said they had ‘no liability for the actions of third party contractors’. I still can’t use my flat. It’s no wonder Marsh and Parsons have such a terrible reputation. Avoid at all costs.

Nice & friendly until you sign the contract (Tenant) and after that just delays upon delays upon delays. Lots of faffing around and little of actually doing anything. Utterly ignored when trying to get our deposit back, dispute in progress. Avoid like a plague if you can.

Very unprofessional company with staff who has no clue about what they are doing. The levels of incopetency is unbelievable. They are unhelpful and unresponsive. Their property management is literally the worst service. Avoid at all costs!
