Terrible experience. I am still stuck with them due to my contract. The agents are misleading; the flat turned out to have mold, leakage, and was handed to me in a terrible condition. Talked to the previous tenant and said she had already complained about all that. They rented out the flat to me IN THE SAME CONDITION! take care when dealing with them! you´re just another bank account for them

In an ever worsening situation, the agency called contractors out for the fourth time, to once again confirm that there was infact an issue with our water supply. The contractors, of course, confirmed this again.

TrustpilotAwful and try to steal your money
Always try to find some extra costs so we have to fight for everything. The property managers don't keep records of previous works/things that have been deducted from the rent, so if one leaves you have to justify everything again.. then obviously they try to screw you on your deposit as well.

GoogleTheir front patio area is often an eye sore with fly tips and graffiti and rubbish that isn't cleared for sometimes weeks at a time. Unlike the other estate agents on the high street, they seem to care little about their kerb appeal.
