GoogleI recently sold my property through Foxtons ( Wembley branch) and the team were great. From the number of viewings they arranged to the liaisons with the solicitors. Georgiana and Chloe were very helpful and diligent. Thank you Carlos and the team. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI can't thank Dina enough for all the help she had done to assist me in searching for a property. She's polite, courteous and non of those cheesy estate agent tactics you get with other firms. Would recommend anyone for this Foxtons to deal with Dina as she understands the brief, communicates well and informs you every step of the way. Fantastic service!

GoogleI have been to many Foxtons agency and met several negotiators and I can honestly that Aash provided me with the best service. He only showed me properties that match my criterias and budget, so he never waisted my time. He really went above to find that special property for me and I am very grateful for it. I hope he gets a more senior position soon and I would recommend him if you are looking for a letting in the Wembley area.

GoogleThe move in process was hell, asked me for a bunch of documentation the day that I was due to move in. They also took 400 from my deposit after I left the flat in great condition. They also told me that an item was missing (a cheap small speaker that I never used) after I moved out when it WAS NOT missing, and even if it was missing it wouldn’t cost £400. I emailed many times about this but ofc they ignored my emails. Will never work with them again.

GoogleI would avoid Foxtons Wembley at all times. We were shown property by Isa, and our offer was accepted. Within merely 3-4 days, Isa and Carlos the manager started forcing us to go with a different lawyer (and not our one with whom we have good relations). Once our offer was accepted, we paid our solicitor fees, submitted searches and invested about 1000k. Again in 3-4 days they started questioning us why the survey isnt done and we said that we are still going through options with our mortgage advisor and will submit application soon. They kept bullying and pressuring us to hurry up. Meanwhile, they kept accepting multiple offers from 2-3 buyers whilst the property already being under offer. In 2-3 weeks (by this time we paid money to our mortgage advisor and submitted application), they accepted offer from another buyer!! Avoid foxtons wembley at all times. Being two women, mother and daughter, they treated us with upmost disrespect. And if this can happen to us, it can happen to anyone. Here we are now in 1.5k loss due to them showing multiple buyers at the same time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Always thought they would serve the more affluent areas, but seems like I am living in a recognise part! Thank you to the guy who walked me through the renting process very politely and respectfully!

GoogleUnprofessional, giving untrue information about the property. I would like to single out Hannah for being extremely difficult and unprepared with viewings. I am giving two stars as it wasn't horrible and calling the agency was overall helpfull. Kind people just not really taking their jobs seriously.
