GoogleVery quick response time, efficient and always helpful making the process very smooth and easy. Also pretty much everything can be done online which is really important for those without that much time. I would recommend Oana Zachia of Foxtons Wembley if you are looking to rent.

GoogleI was looking for a house for me and family as a first time buyer. We got introduced to Daniel from FOXTONS who was an amazing agent. He listened patiently to our needs and then started to call us regularly for any opportunities. He was professional, his presentations were to the point and he was aware of all the property details. I also remember where I called him to show us a property outside his office range, he went to the other branch, took the key and show us that house.

GoogleA great service in general from Foxtons. Even though i didn't end up taking a property with them, i had a good experience. My requirements were taken down and discussed at length. I was then speedily taken out to view a number of houses. It was only because a previous option i had lost out on, came back to me at the last minute, that i didn't follow through with my interest in a house that Foxtons presented to me. However the service received was a great one and would recommend to anyone searching for a house or flat to rent

GoogleWe lost £1600 and 6-weeks of valuable time because of the negligence of this estate agency. Our experience with Adam Thornton (Sales Manager) and Garn King (Sales Negotiator) was transnational, in-transparent, conflicting stories & poor working ethic! This will seem like a counter-productive review, but believe me when I say, they are highly unprofessional & incompetent. It's all about pushing through sales without understanding their clients' needs & interests. Such a relief that we found another estate agent who truly understood the art of partnership & negotiation, and because of that, we had minimal issues with the process & their way of managing the transaction. I am not writing this review to be detrimental in any way, but I feel I have a duty to inform the public of my experience with Foxtons.

He is one the best person I had found when I was looking for property and he helped me find the best property suitable for me. Shaun Bailey, manager of Carlos, he also helped me when ever needed. We were very blessed to have Carlos Torres as our agent and whom I cannot recommend highly enough!
