GoogleAlan at Diamond Estate Agency has dealt with our properties for over 15 years. He is completely professional and trustworthy. He is the go-between tenant and Landlord and smooths the transition out for both sides. Diamond are approachable and deal with the day to day problems that crop up in Lettings. I would highly recommend them for all Landlord and Tenants needs

GoogleDiamond Estate Agency is the best estate agency in the world! They rented my property out for 13 consecutive years without any vacant period and always managed to source first class tenants. Like Diamond, all the tenants they supplied me were a pleasure to work with. They sold the property for a very good price to a reliable buyer. I whole-heartedly recommend them for both selling and letting properties, as their friendly and thoroughly professional service is absolutely world class. Diamond Estate Team and Alan personally - THANK YOU

GoogleWe used Diamond Estate Agency to value our property before the sale. Their service and valuation was accurate and we were able to then sell our home for the price we wanted. Other agents under valued our property and had it not been for Diamond Estate Agency, we would have lost thousands. Thank you and we highly recommend you to everyone. Be sure to check out their website.

GoogleI'm more than a year with Diamond. Really professional and helpful and I have the best landlady ever. Who is with this agency for 10 years or so. Alan himself saved my families live. We were scammed and left with 3 days baby with no apartment. He arranged a flat in no time and with such a landlord!

GoogleA relatively small real estate office is concentrated in the NW10 area, I contacted them previously, but they did not have any suitable options for me... We would like to find a property for all our clients, but unfortunately this is of course not possible. We are in fact the leading and longest established Estate Agency in the area with 33 years experience and sold and let thousands of properties for tens of millions of pounds all over North, North West London and Middlesex. Hardly a small agency!

GoogleThese people are not ones to do business with. Many moons ago I dealt with them and wound up on the wrong side of what was basically theft. They gambled (quite correctly) on me being unable to justify Legal and court fees to recover the money they took from me.... Caveat emptor I would say

This person (9 years ago) bought a commercial business and willingly agreed to pay a non-refundable premium, which is standard practice. The new business unfortuately did not succeed. Whilst we sympathise, this was not our fault of course and we acted correctly throughout as always. Any other suggestion is totally refuted.

GooglePaid holding deposit in full after being pressured to do so for a sub-par and filthy flat which was still being shown as available and for rent. Several harassment calls later and ignored emails I am yet to receive a full refund for breach in agreement and they have acted extremely unprofessional - avoid at all costsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Agent replied · 22 October 2024
Mr Da Silva decided to leave a small deposit on a lovely 1 bed flat knowing it was non-refundable holding if he pulled out, without any pressure whatsoever. If he though it was "sub par & filthy" which is certainly was not, why leave a deposit? He then changed his mind but deliberately chose to avoid advising us, continuing to waste valuable time and cause the landlord a loss. He then still expected his deposit back. Diamond as always acted extremely propfessionally, unlike Mr Da Silva who has given a totally false review and included slanderous and untruthful statements without any foundation whatsoever.
