⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diamond Estate Agency is outstanding. Their 36 years of local NW London expertise really shows, and the team is friendly, professional, and extremely trustworthy. They handled sales and lettings seamlessly, delivering excellent results and clear communication throughout. Their free valuations, willingness to match written fees, and strong understanding of residential, investment, and commercial property make them a real standout. It’s reassuring to work with an agency that has sold and let tens of millions of pounds worth of property and consistently earns very high Google reviews. The multilingual team (English, Hebrew, Italian, French, Portuguese & Persian) is a huge plus, and their respectful, client-focused approach truly sets them apart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a results-driven estate agent in NW London.

I rented our home in October 2020, with Diamond Estate Agency. Alan Harounoff was extraordinary and devoted a tremendous amount of time to me and my family while accompanying us to each residence we visited until we finally found a property that suited us all. I strongly refer this agency. Furthermore, this agency's professionalism ensures that occupants are not subjected to the distress and inconvenience of a real estate agent interrupting their peaceful times. I would recommend it to anyone in search of an appropriate property. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I rented our house in October 2020, with Diamond Estate Agency.

Hi there, I spoke to Aaron today from Diamond agency and i have not been insulted and discriminated more in my life. I work as a clinician full time, my salary is nearly £40k per year, and just becouse im a single mum and get small amount of universal tax support, he would completely disregard my query. Apparently he has nothing for me from the start. The fact, that i pay my rent via dirwct debit myself without involving benefit office, he doesnt care!! I have 13 year of tenancy from my previous landlord who is standing in as my referee and my guarantor. He didnt even ask me for my budget, just said its out of my budget!!! But the property is available immediately: but when i asked him to view it, it needs some thing done to it first. Really not right!! Its a dhame Aaron you are not more professional and Diamond agency for letting people like Aaron represent you and speak on your behalf. Wow, what a lie!- your response to my review! You did not ask me any questions regarding my requirements or offered to take my name or number. If i hadn't asked your name, you would not even bother! You didn't ask my budget and definitely didn't offer any help. I did not hang up, i thanked you for your time and told you that due to your comment about your landlords not accepting people on benefit and lack of professionalism with dealing with me i will not continue with my call. So pls dont lie trying to make yourself look professional and "helpful". It is shameful. In fact, i shall pop in tomorrow to your agency and meet your supervisor. Regards

We recently rented through Diamond Estate Agency. We'd been looking for around 6 weeks solidly during a time in which the property market is rather difficult to navigate. As a consequence, all other estate agencies that we had tried to find a property with were incredibly difficult to deal with- subjecting us to lies, unprofessionalism and a complete disregard to us as people. But this was not the case with Diamond, we were treated incredibly fairly and helped on each step of the rental process. We were not given any nonsense from Alan, nor were we fed any tactics from him (e.g. "there are several other offers already in"). Alan was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of his way to provide us with the best renting experience he could provide. As a consequence, we were able to find a property that we are extremely happy with.

Diamond Estate Agencies provided one of the best services we had received whilst looking for a property. With the current property market and additional time pressure to find a place, Diamond Estate Agencies, particularly Alan, ensured a quick change over which allowed us to move into our new property hassle free. What was previously looking dire and hopeless was resolved by this estate agency. I am very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone!

As a private landlord with two properties I have used Diamond Estate Agency for about 22 years. Alan Harounoff has always pulled out all the stops to find me excellent tenants, and to manage the properties once I left London. I have recently used his services to successfully sell one of my properties. I recommend Diamond Estates without hesitation.
