GoogleTerrible letting agents as a tenant, just ignored me once I agreed to rent with them. Gave me the keys and just haven’t contacted me since or given me any information I’ve been asking for, so I’ve just had to guess how things work in my own home. Wouldn’t recommend at all

GoogleOur tenants made a mess of our property but the agent's inspections never mentioned anything about the extent of the terrible state it was in. Mathesons also failed to inform us about a license we needed which could have cost us a £30,000 fine.

GoogleThis agency is completely unprofessional. We reached our viewing location only to be told by Malique from the Harlesden area that he can’t accommodate us because he has another appointment. We could literally see him from the window of their office laughing at us. We travelled 2+ hours only to be a laughing stock. This is extremely not done and this Malique character is the peak of unprofessional.

GoogleAfter three very stressful months and when I almost lost my hope in finding a good agency which doesn’t want to rip-off people or ask for ridiculous admin, reference and many more fees, I finally found Mathesons. Andreea showed professionalism from day one. From the moment we signed the Application form and gave the holding deposit, the process was pretty easy and straight forward. The property was held until we met the landlords, and from then we signed the contract and everything else was ok. Very organised estate agency since everything we paid for was correctly justified and fair for a tenant. I was also surprised when they sent me a sample of the tenancy agreement to make an idea how the contract will be which I think is a very important point to follow. Something that no other agency will do unless you beg for it. The reference check was easy to complete online and the answer was quick and accurate. The application form and tenancy agreement were not only in favour of the landlord so in general everything was exactly how I was expecting from a good estate agency.
