Dealt with the Rawlinson Man who did not seem driven to help me at all and ultimately sent me a list of Rentals.
Then a staff member put me on a mailing list for properties on sale, nothing at all like what I was looking for, with the lead in; here are a list of properties that you might be interested in.? How would she know what I was interested in? Nobody asked.
I enquired regarding a specific property. I was chain free and ready to go.
I would give these people Zero stars if I could.
Don’t waste your time.

GoogleHad a house viewing with this agent today, for a property just down the road. The agent showed up 15 minutes late with no apology to the people waiting. Even worse, 4+ appointments were booked at the same time slot during a COVID-19 pandemic so everyone shows up at the same time. Difficult to social distance with many people in the house or waiting to come in. Appointment felt rushed and we didn't have time to view the property properly. We also weren't able to ask as many questions as we hoped as only one agent was there, dealing with the 4 families that arrived at the same time.

We have seen a flat with them, we made an offer, we provide all the documents like it was sure that the flat it was secured and they called back after several days and they said offer declined due to another offer. And after we made another bigger offer they said they will call back and they never did. I have even doubt if they inform the landlord!
