As a 1st time buyer with no experience of mortgages, I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Mukul Mehta. Mukul explained the importance of securing the best possible mortgage for my house purchase and was very well versed in the market so time wasn't wasted approaching inappropriate lenders. He completed all of the documentation with a minimum of fuss which was very reassuring, resolving any issues that arose speedily and to my satisfaction. I worked with Mukul Mehta at Andrews to get my first mortgage. As a first time buyer, he was very patient, talked me through all the options and answered any questions I had. He was very easy to reach by email and telephone. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. We put our flat on the market with Andrews and found their service to be excellent from the off. Duane was quick to respond to any questions and always provided a great service. Selling a flat during a pandemic is very strange, but Andrews staff kept within all rules and we felt very comfortable allowing them and prospective buyers into our home.
