GoogleAbsolutely the worst experience with an estate agency ever. My appointment was only confirmed a couple of hours before the actual time, despite me sending email from the afternoon before to check if it was confirmed. On my way to the appointment, I had issue with tube suddenly suspended and had to catch a cab to arrive ASAP. I contacted the agent straight away (it was about 20 minutes before the appointment) to let them know that I was going to be about 15/20 minutes late, and did not get answer at all. I called the mobile number from which I received text previously, I called the actual agency and I emailed the person I talked to from the day before, and have been completely ignored. As I feared, when I arrived to the place, nobody was there to wait for me. I strongly suggest everyone not to get in touch with this agency and with a lady called Sumita, the most unreliable person I’ve ever talked to.

GoogleI went to this agency with reservations after seeing several bad reviews, but my experience was nothing short of brilliant. I dealt with a guy called Duane Watson, he was very professional & he knew his stuff, & didn’t fob me off with b.s. I didn’t end up buying the property due to the sellers changing their minds, but I’m still looking & Duane has kept me up to date with all his new listings. Great service, keep it up 👍PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotExcellent service
There could not be a bad word to be said about the service that Mukul provided my family and I. Despite the ups and downs of the process of moving house, Mukul remained informative and knowledgeable, in constant contact with updates, proactive in seeking different solutions and was a source of reassurance throughout the long process. We could not say enough thanks for his help and highly recommend him.

TrustpilotVery professional, and attentive
I had a viewing booked with Junior Zziwa, and all I could say is that he was very professional while showing me the apartment, and was also helpful in terms of providing all the necessary information for the tenancy agreement. Everyone at the agency that I have spoken to were 5* with me, and they were always available to help.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
