Andrews are the best estate agent on North Street. I sold my property through them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found them very professional throughout and they kept me informed at all stages. They got me the full asking price and were extremely helpful when it came to filling out various forms and paperwork which can often feel overwhelming. A special mention to both Rebecca and Lisa who were so friendly and accommodating from the start and throughout. 5*

GoogleI own a house in the Kingsbury area. I have used Andrews for many years as a letting agent for my rented property. I have always found them to be very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them. I recently had to deal with the property sales team. I found the whole team very helpful indeed, from the moment when my initial phone call was answered to the meetings and subsequent contact I had with the team. In particular I wish to praise one member of staff , Sumita Jolly, who went above and beyond her duties to assist me and gave me the benefit of her experience and expertise. I was so thankful for her advice throughout the negotiations. I would always use this agent to transact any property business I have in the future.

We had the pleasure of being shown around properties by the amazing Shannae. Throughout our process she demonstrated she was very knowledgable about the properties, accommodating to any of our needs, most importantly she was very forthcoming and honest. One of the reasons we chose to move into our property is because of Shannae, safe in the knowledge that if we were to have any problems she would be there to help us. Thank you Shannae! Since moving in the property is being managed by Sharron. Another fantastic member of staff at andrews who has been equally helpful fixing any problems with the property. Very good communication, organised and on top of things. Well done Andrews for having such a great team of people working with you.

I have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! Great customer service. Easy to talk with. 100% recommendation!

I am most impressed by how diligent and patient the client support advisor, Tracy Burden is. She called me on the first day she took over the case and has been following up on both sides from the beginning all the way to the completion. My purchase was very complicated and lengthy in process, but Tracy was extremely helpful and professional to ensure the transaction happen in the end. I would not buy my house without her help! The hard work from the sales and customer support team is very much appreciated.

Andrews are one of the finest agents in this locality. They do own research on the property and near by area which is definitely a wow factor which none of the other agencies do. On top of it Nancy Henley is very nice, calm, friendly and she always has a smile on her face which makes the viewing of the property even more pleasant. Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!
