They have arranged a good apartment on time and with safe transactions - all was done remotely with a good deal of trust and good faith. The apartment was good for the money, centrally located. Warm in winter and had a great support 24*7 - when the girls accidentally locked the door from outside the help arrived in 30 min. The deposit was returned on time . GoogleBeen one year renting with this agency, the flat was terrible. Apart from dirty, the floors where just in really bad condition. In one year we never gave problems, they never removed the old furniture in the flat. We had to buy new ones cause of course that's our problem even though the flat was "furnished"
Maintenance in this company takes weeks to fix the things. I mean, I can't go over all the things, but even when we left the house it took them ages to give us deposit back.
Only person worth in the company is called Csilla, she's the receptionist and basically she was the one attending me and trying to solve the issues. But if it's for Amir you could literally be living in trash, the worst service so far, he's really rude, uninterested and he's only looking for his own benefit.
Definitely, this is not the way to run a business like this.
