Thank you for your feedback. We must set the record straight regarding this situation. Dear Trustpilot Team Our team and our client attempted to contact the firm (Collective Legal & Homey) for several months via email, phone, WhatsApp, and text message to resolve our client’s pending matter. None of these attempts were answered, and calls consistently went straight to voicemail. Only after receiving zero response from any employee, team, or solicitor did we leave a genuine, honest review on your Trustpilot page detailing the lack of communication. Immediately following that review, we received multiple messages threatening that if we did not remove our review from their Trustpilot, a retaliatory negative review would be posted on our profile. This review is a direct result of those threats, posted purely in revenge rather than as a legitimate reflection of our services. Our priority remains resolving the underlying issue so the client no longer suffers. We welcome direct, constructive communication to settle the actual matter at hand, but we will not be coerced into removing the review by threats. We have documented all communication logs and threats, and will be submitted to Trustpilot for review via email. Best regards 99home Team
