FacebookThere service, from start to finish. Contacted them to see if they could understand my issues, but all they could say was we apologise, always like to go back to someone to give them the opportunity to right things. But unfortunately they have there money so , tough.
Seeing your issues here; seems they selectively answer emails and does beth@ even actually work for them???

FacebookTheir customers services are appalling. Heating breakdown. No-one answering emergency contact after leaving messages for them to contact us. So spending a cold weekend with no hot water or heating!!!!!!
Which is typical behaviour from those who look down on you. Tory grifters.
