We chose Phillips Smith and Dunn to market our property because they were very competitive on commission price, and seemed to genuinely care about getting the best price possible, and showing off our property to the market to the highest possible standards. Their media guy did a fantastic job of showcasing the property, with amazing photographs and a really lovely video tour. Throughout the selling process Charles and Cleeve showed unwavering dedication in doing everything they could help us through some very challenging moments. Pictures and profile of my property were submitted immediately and the property was online and being marketed within 24 hrs. My wife and I recently had contact with Phillips Smith and Dunn when we moved to Braunton from West Wales, buying a property being marketed by this company. The video showed the house to its very best potential and advertised on national websites. From the outset the staff were friendly and helpful guiding us through to a successful transaction in quick time. Visits to the property were arranged smoothly for us at our convenience given the distances involved. They took the stress out of things. Fees were much as the industry standard and on this occasion very well earned. Estate Agents don't always get a good name.
