Great experience with getting all the paperwork done, very helpful staff and still welcoming despite the pandemic. Our first service order was also addressed in a timely manner.

I assume that your review relates to your recent unsuccessful rental application on one of our properties. During the lockdown period, for the 9 rental properties we have been advertising, we have received 252 phone call leads and 426 email leads. We apologise that our response time may be slower than usual, and that there will no doubt be disappointed applicants. Our 3 full time, and 1 part time staff members are working as best as we can to ensure that we deal with all enquiries, viewing appointments, and applications as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
