GoogleI am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Sarina during the recent sale of our property.
From day one, Sarina has been truly exceptional. We were fortunate enough to inherit a bungalow at the end of last year and were eager to sell it promptly. After receiving valuations from several estate agents, Sarina stood out immediately, not because she gave the highest valuation, but because we felt a genuine sense of trust and professionalism from the start.
She understood that, with our dad living in the neighbouring property, we weren’t willing to sell to just anyone. Sarina took this on board wholeheartedly and made it her mission to find a buyer who would be a good fit, not just financially, but personally. And she delivered.
As one of three sisters inheriting the property, the process involved all of us, which may not have been the easiest situation to manage. Sarina handled it all with patience and grace, respecting our decisions when we declined offers that didn’t feel right. She kept in regular contact, providing feedback from viewings and offering honest, helpful advice throughout.
What truly set Sarina apart was her commitment beyond the sale. Unlike past experiences we’ve had, her excellent service didn’t stop once we accepted an offer. She consistently kept us updated, was always available to answer questions, followed up on our behalf, and promptly returned calls and emails. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Between the three of us, we’ve sold several houses over the years, and we all agree that this has been the best service we’ve received by far. We’re incredibly grateful to Sarina and will absolutely recommend and use her again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with the way I was spoke to/dealt with by Paul McCluskey at the Braintree office. I have never been spoken to by such a condescending, rude, arrogant individual in my life. He mutters sarcastic comments under his breath and laughs to himself when you are making a valid concern about a property. He seriously needs to be reviewed by his employers. I would of spoke to them directly but in all honesty I felt writing on here would be more humiliating for the way he has treated me and made me feel over the last 10 weeks.

Whilst we are sorry that your property purchase did not work out as you had planned and you have been disappointed, we have to say that some of the information that you have provided is factually incorrect, furthermore this is not the place to single out any individual with slanderous comments. Our staff always work very hard for both vendors and purchasers to ensure wherever possible to make your move happen.
A genuine complaint should always follow the formal complaints procedure which in this case you have chosen not to follow, we can only assume this is due to your unfounded claims.

GoogleI have been a client of Joscelyne Chase for a number if years . I have a rental property which the company manages for me. I work so having a link between myself and my tenant has been invaluable.
They have always been prompt in identifying and relaying any issues the tenant highlights. They have a contractor list and are prompt in arranging visits with the tenant to undertake any work required. If I choose an alternative contractor they are happy to liaise with them . They keep me informed throughout the process.
The management team are professional and prompt in dealing with any queries I have .
I highly recommend their services.
