GoogleWhere can we begin. Haart (Dan and Aaron) have both been absolutely above and beyond for our first house purchase.
We had a dreadful first solicitor who took a very long time to prepare documents for deeds- Dan and Aaron both supported us through this very testing time.
They actually acted as negotiators passing messages back and forth through the chain and reassuring Dan and myself as our solicitor failed to do so.
They quickly and effectively found out information for us, passed it back and forth and were a listening ear and shoulder to cry on.
They spoke to us in laymen’s terms and not in language that needs decoding so we understood what was required of us.
Although they were busy with viewings etc they always called and left a voicemail and returned our calls.
Their communication and customer service skills were second to none. Both gentleman are a credit to the Haart estate agents.
