Awful houses do not buy from this developer. They market themselves a top quality but we have had nothing but issues from initial snagging stage.Built on a old school site Dandara were trying to cut costs so didn’t not replace the drains meaning ongoing drainage issues, this same issue happened on another site in Aberdeen.Nothing is straight in the house meaning when you put furniture up it either needs to be custom or well secured.Getting snagging attended to is virtually impossible as nothing is ever a Dandara issue so so much time is wasted trying to get things attended to that you might as well do it yourself,Obviously not a great employers either as the key contacts are always either leaving or going on sick leave meaning no consistency in service and a lot of repeating yourself as they don’t actually keep proper records of conversations Developer of the year!???? They definately haven’t asked anyone with a Dandara house!!!

My wife and I bought a Dandara home at the beginning of the year at Eskbank Gardens. The service provided was great and the house itself has been brilliant. No issues whatsoever and we would highly recommend this builder.

I have always found the team to handle our tenancy very effectively. Whenever a change of tenant has taken place the change-over has been seamless and any minor repairs are dealt with quickly. I have been kept informed of any changes in legislation e.g. electrical inspections and owners’ responsibilities e.g. complying with building insurers requirements.Overall, I’m very happy with the efficient and courteous service provided by the team in Jersey.Doug N

Customer service at its very best!!! Brendan McGill went over and above the call of duty on numerous occasions to assist us on several occasions while renting with Dandara. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very grateful!
