We recently visited the Dandara Hazelwood development in Aberdeen and we were impressed with the homes and the location. We spoke to a lady called Andrea Robertson who was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. All our questions were answered with the knowledge and understanding of someone who obviously enjoys and cares for the company she works for.

The worst house I’ve ever brought

The worst house I’ve ever brought! 2years after purchase the whole house needs repointing as they used the wrong concrete mix so sand is falling out on a daily basis in piles around my house. As well as still have a leaking shower which has caused over £5000 worth of damage.

I visited their 1887 site in the Pantiles and was shown around one of their mews plots by Jess. I was given excellent insight and background information on the site which really helped me envisage living there. Very poor from the day you move in, don’t want to fix nothing building riddled with problems found a leak in 1 month after 2 years want nothing to do with it, can’t find any paperwork about 10 year warranty they say they offer. Can’t post my pictures on there google page somehow they blocking them.
