Great for first time buyers

My partner and I are first time buyers and sales staff in the office at Fontwell Meadows (Ashley & Tracey) could not have been more helpful. From follow up calls to making sure we had everything we needed they really did go above and beyond. Dandara as a whole have been extremely helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t ask for better developers.

Exceptional Customer Service - Dandara Winchmore Hill

From start to finish the team at New River View have displayed high levels of customer service, professionalism and have made the buying process smooth & effortless.Bobby, who was our main point of contact was highly knowledgeable & experienced enough to deal with all queries & issues, which in turn made our buying journey stress free. He explained every step of the process to us & was a delight to deal with, we can’t thank him enough. We are very happy with our apartment and can’t wait to move in. Would highly recommend.

Top notch service

They've looked after my property for 8 or 9 years, and there's never been a problem. The team are always on top of things, and give me all the information and help I need when I need it. Should work be needed in the property they employ people who do the work well. Very important particularly if you are an 'absentee' landlord. Highly recommended if you need a property manager.

Pippins Development

We had visited a large number of properties and new developments before visiting the Pippins development and meeting Joe. The contrast to our previous experience was notable. Joe presented the development extremely well (as you would expect) but then had every answer we needed to quite detailed questions on our part, which gave us great confidence. Dandara then delivered the house exactly as promised.

Dandara homes - Shawfair

I bought my first house from Dandara at Shawfair. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received, particularly from Leigh, she has been so helpful and friendly with all my queries and Leigh has gone above and beyond to make sure my house was perfect for me. I could not fault the house, everything was exactly as nice as I expected it to be and the site manager has made sure any issues I have with the new property down the line - just to let him know and he will be more than happy to fix it. I am very happy with my first house and even happier I decided to go with Dandara homes.

Dandara at Shawfair - Edinburgh

Dandara has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and we could not be more satisfied with the house that they have built for us and the associated services. All staff we have had dealings with have been extremely helpful and did not hesitate to go out of their way to help us and accomodate to us. As our wonderful sales representative, Leigh, promised from day one, they have worked with us every step of the way, making for a smooth experience. As for the the quality and finish of the house, we could not find a single problem with it. flawless build and super happy customers!

Polite and friendly sales team

Polite and friendly sales team. Made the purchase of a property in a different geographical location less stressful through their communication throughout. Further, the site foreman (charlie) who did the home demo explained processes and technical details in a way that I/ those without a construction background could easily digest and understand.

Dandara are a dream to work with

I live close by to the development in Winchmore Hill and have had my eye and made an enquiry as good as two years ago. Dandara were fantastic at updating me on the process and time frame to officially view in that time. Natalie the lead on the development got in touch once viewings were ready and from that moment has been integral to the process.I’m a first time buyer and it’s a scary process but Natalie and the Dandara team have coached me along the way and have always been a phone call away to helping meI cannot wait to eventually move in to the development - the apartment and plot are perfectThank you Natalie and Dandara

Happy customers

We have been very pleased with our Dandara purchase in North Berwick. Helpful advice and information was always forthcoming from Nicky and the follow up after the sale was also attentive. In our opinion, the build quality and finishes are superior to that of other new builds. Any initial 'snags' were followed up and have been attended to. Having lived in the house for almost two years, we are confident that we have made the right move. We would recommend Dandara to others who are considering going down this route.

We bought a home in fontwell meadows. We couldn't have asked for much more from the brilliant pair of sales office staff. Ashley and Tracy are absolutely 11/10. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. These 2 made the whole process so much easier, and enjoyable. we're really happy with the property and the aftercare seems pretty good so far as well.

Great communication/Easy handover

Great communication with the sales team, and on completion, the house was in extremely good order. I have bought a few new builds as buy-to-lets, and this house has had the fewest snags I have ever seen.
