Exceptional Service!

We recently bought a Dandara home at Stoneywood, Aberdeen! Seems like the best decision we ever made as right from our first meeting to the handover, Dandara was very accommodating with everything. We were really impressed with their sales team, Andrea Roberston was very informative and completely genuine with the information she provided us before and after our purchase. Had a pre booked appointment and were seen promptly by Andrea who took the time to explain the layout of the next phase of the Hazlewood development and to answer all of our questions on the buying process.Unfortunately there is only a very limited number of plots being released at this time and none of the house types were ones we were interested in.We will keep in touch to find out about future plot releases

Not for me!

First of all, your web page was misleading; it stated that there was an open day to launch the barns, which suggested that there would be one to view. Not the case! It was impossible to gain a feel of the whole development as the only viewing available was one house. Whereas I like the internal colour scheme, the house itself was a real letdown. It did not make the best use of space and apart from the kitchen diner, it was very cramped. You had compromised on space to gain extra rooms as a selling point. Not the house for me. Shame!!!!!In addition, because there was another possible buyer before me, I was not able to experience the full sales information

I have had a positive experience with Terri Amy as my landlord agent. Communication with her has been smooth and efficient, and she is generally responsive and quick to address any issues that come up. I also had an apartment inspection today with Liisa, which was carried out on time and completed efficiently, without taking up too much of my day. Professional and Efficient Rental Apartment Management

Meadow BanK Property Visit

A very pleasant experience and was made to feel very welcome by Ashley. He responded to my queries in a professional manner and took notes of my particular requestPlease note that after leaving clear instructions that I would confirm my offer on Monday the 10th of June, Dandara allowed another supposedly prospective buyer to put an offer in without informing me. I checked on Friday and was told by Ashley and another Sales agent that this was done by one of their superiors. I think that this is an incredulous story as Ashley stated that he was going to contact me on Thursday night and somehow did not do so. However, the lady sales agent stated that they found out that the property which was on reserve to me has been offered to someone who is going to rent it on the Friday by email. I was shown an alternative property which was not as good as the one which I had initially chosen.I am disappointed and On the basis of this experience, i do not want anything to do with Dandara as I feel that I have been victimised in favour of one of their buddies- It would be great to hear from the supposed superior and receive an apology.
