I always worried about if I could get a mortgage because of my job. Hanna was an amazing broker and found me a good mortgage deal swiftly. The speed at which she was able to submit my mortgage application was fantastic. She chased up solicitors, estate agents for me. Being able to deal with a broker face to face was also a big plus for me. Overall, super helpful, efficient, reassuring and I think they genuinely care. Can't recommend hanna highly enough.

Hannah is a absolutely brilliant mortgage broker she went above and beyond for us she was always there for us sorting everything out and always put my minds at ease because let's face it moving home is so stressful but Hannah made it a little less so I would 100% recommend selling your house with William H Brown and having Hannah as your mortgage broker.

I had an empty property that needed a tenant. I approach to William h brown and was put in touch with Antoniya Jackson. Lovely young lady and working hard to achieve the goals in a small time frame. In a couple weeks I had a tenant ready to move in. There was a few paperwork outstanding on my side and with the help of Antoniya It was done quick and swiftly, with no pressure. PLEASE STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've had your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket. PLEASE STEER CLEAR, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!

As a tenant this is the worst rental agency I've ever dealt with - expected more from such a big name

As a tenant this is the worst rental agent I've ever dealt with. 1) Difficult to get in touch with - they hardly ever answer the phone. 2) The property was dirty when we moved in, no inventory provided. 3) The property was managed by Sequence Ltd who have provided a very disappointing service - early on we were told (via a phone call and after several weeks of us asking) to arrange for repair of a maintenance issue ourselves and that this could be deducted off our rent afterwards, and that the landlord had instructed this. We never received the refund, they said because they didn't have records of that instruction. Several staff members had started then left during our tenancy which didn't help (we were there for 6 months). 4) We are now having to contact Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get our deposit back relating to a different issue, mostly due to our inadequate landlord who it seems is trying to claim a random amount of money anywhere he might get away with it (we left the property in a cleaner state than when we arrived to try to avoid any possible excuses for deduction from deposit). Sequence Ltd doesn't appear to know about or be bothered about the law and tenant's rights.

Nikola Blackburn and the team at W H Brown made my home move go perfectly at the start, although it was very slow... The ending however was a different story.. Luckily I had taken my own photos of every issue when I moved in as when I came time for me to hand back over my keys they tried to say I'd damaged the property and held onto my bond. The house was in quite bad state of decoration and repair when I took it but as it was the only place available that would allow 2 dogs I had to take it. It had an infestation of bluebottles which I was told wa caused by the last tenants leaving baby milk products on the carpets.. The garden and garage was full of old and rotting furniture and carpets We spent days cleaning and spraying and paid for removal of all garden and furniture waste. we hoovered and disenfected the whole house, we painted the kitchen and 2 upstairs bedrooms. I tidied all the gardens, mowing and pruning and removing refuse. The house was clean and in better repair within a couple of weeks. After handing my keys over 12 months later the new manager sent me a email about 2..3 weeks later after I sent messages asking for my bond.. I was told to wait as there where some issues with the toilet? I asked what and was told it had flooded all over the kitchen? There was no flood or issue when I was there.. They also sent photos of various issues alleging that I had damaged the property, luckily all of the issues I had taken photos of upon moving in. I ended up raising a dispute with the bonds service.. It took weeks and weeks of waiting before they found in my favour and sent my bond back... The whole thing was tedious and the staff at WH Brown Wibsey were terrible, rude and obnoxious. Stay away!!

If i could give zero stars i would, shocking service from a so called reputable company, charged me £2300 to sell my house and basically put it on Rightmove and that was it, even the photos were bad, zero communication, even on completion day! I also had to show people around my house myself!! Bet i wouldn't have had this service if my house was being sold for say 500k, stay away and save your money

I would not trust these people

I would not trust these people, I emailed them to arrange a viewing on a tenanted property, no contact, after a couple of days I called them to arrange a viewing for same property, straight away the sales person tried steering me to another property instead, but I held firm, they said they would get back to me with an appointment, they never did, it’s now sold. They have preferred investors waiting in the background, other sectors would not get away with it.

All I can say is they are shocking

All I can say is they are shocking. They have a brilliant sales pitch to get you hook on using them to sell your property then once you agree the service they provide goes downhill from there. 99% of the viewings are time wasters as they are not vetted before viewing that they are even interested or proceedable to purchase. They promise open house viewing days but have never once done anything like that. Communication is poor and I'm always chasing them for everything. You get sent offers you accept them then they say the buyer has lowered their offer will you accept it.
