I sold via this auctioneer and from making first contact they were professional, flexible and worked at pace. The first buyer could not complete but I felt supported and was always kept up to date. They found another buyer with no fuss and even before the next auction date. With all the facts available to me, I was able to choose a cash buyer for a smooth sale and so am very happy to have completed today without any complications. The negative review below is inappropriate as it was me, the seller, who chose which offer to accept (Tyne Street)

When I was selling my shop property I was concerned that it would never sell because it was in a bad condition. I had previously experienced problems selling through a traditional business transfer agent and lost a considerable amount of money. However, Jess at Sharpes was very professional and enthusiastic in ensuring I sold my property as quickly as possible. Even though it did not sell in the actual auction, she was able to secure a sale to one of the people who attended the auction but didn't bid. After the sale was over and done, she continued to help me when I needed help again in connection with the sale. I would recommend Sharpes to anybody who has an unusual property to sell, especially if you are in a hurry. Just phone them up and ask for Jess.

I had a property which I was struggling to sell with my sale falling through several times with numerous estate agents in Bradford. Then my solicitors recommended sharpes auction to auction the property. Sharpes were brilliant from the very start, I was very impressed with their honest and sensible approach. Sharpe's Property Auction are the best auction house. The staff are amazing and very helpful and dedicate their time to you and help you with sale of the property. With my property they managed to sell the property before it even reached the auction day, which gave me huge relief. Sharpes have been brilliant beyond our expectations. I live with my partner in the South East just outside Newbury and had a house in Bradford which was a probate matter. Dealing with wills and the like was very stressful especially with a full time job. Be careful using this aution house. They are not very clear on instructions and will favour multiple house purchasers Over vendors best interests. This company pulled the house from under us because another buyer bought 2 properties from them at once (2 different sellers). The House seller lost out here as it was sold for less than our offer.(which wasnt put forward) (Tyne street kieghley)
