Not happy about the fact a contract of 28 days was changed to 14 days when the people selling the property was not in a position to complete on time. The stress for us was uncalled for. Thank you Khawar for putting us in that position. I know I won’t get a reply back from the email I sent in. I would not recommend anyone using sharpe after our experience.

Dean and the team were straightforward, easy to get hold of and the whole experience was completely stress free. Should I ever have the need to sell an appropriate property through auction I would not hesitate to contact Dean again. He successfully used his contacts and knowledge of the local market to obtain a price of over £30k over the reserve price. Extremely happy.

I was initially anxious about the idea of auctioning a property. However Sharpes Property Auctions have provided an excellent very professional service in every respect. They have always responded quickly when contacted and are pleasant and approachable. Dean has been superb in talking me through the process and responding to any queries. Janine and himself handled the two days viewings in a very efficient and slick manner. Throughout I have been put at ease and reassured when I have had doubts about the property selling. However I am overwhelmed by the outcome, as the property sold for much more than I expected. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody who is considering auctioning their property.

My Partner and I have just been involved Sharpes Property Auctions for the Yorkshire and Lancashire area, first online auction. You certainly could not tell it was their first one. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient and the staff, particularly Jess, were very helpful. Even on the Eve of the Auction and Auction day itself, they went out of their way to answer any queries we had. Registering to bid was very easy and we felt confident leaving a deposit for each property we were interested in. Unfortunately we did not win any Lot but we will be back for the next one.

We met Dean on the Wednesday and signed up the following day, the team were quick and efficient and the property was sold in their online auction less than 3 weeks later, they sorted everything out that needed doing and had organised viewings within days of signing up. Sold a property recently through Sharpes and I was so pleased with the service I received from Dean. He was honest and genuine (which I can say isn’t often true when dealing with estate agents)! He was efficient and dealt with issues regarding the property promptly. The process felt so easy because Dean was on top of things - calling me with updates and not me having to chase him. He worked hard to secure me a good price for the property. We received a good pre auction offer early doors but Dean guided us through the process to allow us to make the decision whether to accept/go to auction. There was no pressure either way. I had a fantastic experience with Sharpes. Jess was very helpful and was in touch during the entire process. I was nervous about selling at an auction and was worried about under selling my property. I had tried to sell it a year before with a traditional estate agent but it took a long time and in the end the buyer failed to get a mortgage. The auction was much quicker and didn't have to worry about mortgage applications and surveys. In the end, Sharpe managed to sell the house at a higher price than I had with the estate agents and was completed in 28 days. I am very happy with that. Thanks Jess & Dean.

They supported me in getting everything arranged in the most hassle free way possible.
