GoogleWe initially reached out to this company with genuine enthusiasm and some unique ideas to explore potential collaboration. However, rather than receiving a response or any constructive feedback, we were met with an unexpected public review that seemed aimed at damaging our reputation. In the spirit of professionalism, I attempted to reach out personally to understand their concerns and to offer an apology if there was any misunderstanding. Unfortunately, my efforts to connect went unanswered. I usually avoid responding publicly, as I understand the challenges that founders face, and I believe in supporting rather than adding to those burdens. However, in this case, I feel there is no choice but to address this matter openly. I am still hopeful that a mutual understanding can be reached.
