I'm both buying a property and selling a property through Dacres and from the start the experience has been outstanding with excellent communication from Gavin, Sue, Adam and Em! I can't thank them all enough for keeping me regularly up to date, being very honest, fair and balanced in the feedback and getting my property advertised so quickly! Within a day they had 10 viewings and I've had 2 offers already. They have worked the most unsociable hours to help me sell quickly knowing that it is a requirement for the seller of the house I'm looking to buy and have been so flexible in their approach. Customer service at it's best! In all honesty I'd never heard of them before thinking of putting my house on the market, I was given their information through a local Facebook page recommendation - I definitely see why they were recommended! THANK YOU!

Arranged for valuer to attend our home, received call that morning saying that valuer had family emergency and could not attend? Having made arrangements to be present not impressed that Dacres Bingley have no contingency plan in cases like this.

Telephoned 4 times before I managed to get through. Left a voicemail - no call back. When I finally managed to speak to someone they stated that they were not doing anymore viewings despite the property only coming on the market yesterday. I was a cash buyer with no chain but they were not bothered stating everyone is a cash buyer. Rude!!
We are very sorry to hear you are disappointed. In this instance we were told by the property owner that they did not want any more viewings irrespective of the buyer’s position. The current market is very busy and we understand that can be an immense source of frustration for buyers but that does not take away from the high standards of service we aspire to and which are reflected in our overall service rating.

GoogleFrom the first phone call to arrange a valuation all the way through to completion everything was handled efficiently and most importantly with no dramas. The house was valued within 2 days of contact and listed online 2 days later and then once sold the process was almost effortless. If Cath called or emailed I knew it was go forward news and not just keeping me updated news and I appreciated that. If you are in the area I highly recommend the whole team at the Bingley Branch.

GooglePut an offer in for a house but it was declined .Dacre Son and Hartley could not show me the property again until one week later by that time the property had been sold just hours before my 2nd viewing with family. Found some of the staff quite arrogant apart from Margaret who was very understandable as I am having to deal with probate at the same time.
