GoogleMy experience with Coubrough Holmes has been very substandard. I don't think they value their customers and disagree a lot with you in particular when you raise concerns with them. Their wasn't enough communication from them apart from just a few offer sent emails. I have spoken to a range of estate agents and have been kept a lot more up to date, in touch and valued. Coubrough Holmes are not very professional at all and I'm glad I accepted an offer with a different estate agent for a different property.

GoogleShocking experience. I was going to be late for a viewing - wet, busy afternoon in Bradford. I phoned the office to tell them and was told not to worry, the agent would be ten minutes late himself. I arrived fifteen minutes after his estimated time of arrival and he was gone. When I phoned the office I was severely told off for being late and told the agent had gone to another appointment. The result - being spoken to like a naughty child and two hours of driving in a rush hour downpour with nothing achieved. Wouldn't it have made sense for the office to tell me the viewing agent had another appointment booked after mine, and to reschedule my viewing for another day? Very unprofessional and rude and well done losing a potential sale.
