Five star plus, excellent service received when looking to buy a house. We viewed our first property, but unfortunately we were pipped at the post and the first viewer was accepted. Within days Jon-Joe called to say he may have a property that might be of interest to us that hadn't yet gone on the market and he would try organise a viewing prior to the house going up for sale, which he did. It turned out to be our dream home, we love it! Jon-Joe clearly knew what we had in mind and looking to buy from our first meeting. Throughout the purchase both Jon-Joe and Donna were great, keeping us up to date and being on hand with our every need and queries. When I went to collect the keys to our new home, I was presented with a little house warming gift, what a lovely touch, thank you!! Highly recommend, cant fault them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service from start to finish. From the initial contact, to the very end all staff were helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I noticed lots of signs selling houses in Wyke, especially on my street,and the houses sold fast. I knew I would use this estate agents regardless due to being local to my house. However, once I spoke to Jon-jo , I knew this was the right estate agents for me. No question was too daft and they put me at ease every step of the way. Coubrough Holmes have excellent knowledge of the area and they sold my property on the first day of viewings. I spoke to all of the team at different parts of the process, and they are all friendly and helpful. They are an honest, down to earth estate agents, which I really appreciated. As first-time buyers, we couldn’t thank JonJo and Donna enough for their support, guidance, and service throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, we experienced several difficulties with the solicitors, but whenever we needed to contact the estate agents, they were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to support us. As first-time buyers, we wanted to ensure our first home was perfect and fully prepared. We arranged to view the property on four separate occasions to take measurements and show our family around.
