Highly recommend! Most professional agents I have come across! I enquired about a property for sale a few weeks ago and was answered by Wiktoria of the Bracknell branch. At no stage was I left hanging for information. I was kept up to date with all negotiations and no question was left unanswered. Buying a house can be stressful. My journey with sears started in August when I made my offer and will complete on the 18th this month. Being in a big chain, brought some challenges emotionally. Colin, Daniel and especially Charlotte have empathise, help, support and even had broad shoulders when I was loosing faith in the process (I apologise for that). Charlotte was there all the way through the journey. When I was ready to walk out, Charlotte managed to say the right words and managed to negotiate with the chain a way to finally enable the exchange. I really didn’t think I was going to make it to the finishing line due to stress and financial impact but we did it and I’m super grateful for all the work Sears did. The biggest thank you to Charlotte, Colin and Daniel.

The team at Sears have been an absolute delight to work with in the process of selling our house and come HIGHLY recommended This was a really stressful process from our side due to previous experiences with other agents but with the help of Rob and Cameron we have now find our buyer and are very excited to move house. Everything about Sears stands out MILES above the competition (and we had also tried them all - no names mentioned) but the experience elsewhere was beyond awful. Rob (Manager) leads a great team, he is extremely knowledgeable in regards to property and extremely friendly and helpful to work with. We went to view a property that Daniel showed us, but it wasn’t for us, in response to our enquiry. He said he’d let us know if anything more to our liking came up. Next week he called to say there was an opportunity to see something he’d just taken on and thought it would be perfect for us. Talk about ticking all the boxes! Daniel had listened to what we wanted, was able to see what was important to us and found us the perfect place for us. In our experience estate agents say they’ll keep you in mind but actually just send you loads of properties, just sending everything on their stock list, without filtering out ones they know you won’t like. Daniel made sure that he didn’t waste our time, we’re busy people, and only asked us to view what he knew was right for us. Great guy to do business with, who knows his area and takes time to know his buyers and vendors. 5 stars!
