I have audited our entire database and unfortunately, I can't find any evidence of our company ever having any dealings with you. I have additionally spoken to the team in our branches who have also confirmed they have had no communication with Alizeu Alizeu or any other variations of this name. We are a company that takes great pride in our service and I would kindly ask that you could contact me directly so I can resolve this matter urgently. If we do not hear from you, we will have to conclude that this review is not genuine and unfortunately written by someone trying to damage our award winning reputation which is personally damaging to each of my staff members who work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service.
