GoogleThe agent Jessica we worked with was nice and did her best but Duncan Yeardley uses a referencing company called Goodlord. This is the reason for the low score. The referencing company they use is incompetent and this reflects on Duncan Yeardley and any other agency that uses Goodlord. The referencing company Goodlord did not cooperate and even lied about a phone call they had with an employer, I witness that call but Goodlord said it never happened and therefore they are liars and cannot be trusted with private information. They also cost us the property we were working towards moving into. Because Duncan Yeardley uses this Goodlord referencing company and supports them, this mean that Duncan Yeardley works with dishonest companies and so I cannot trust the agents or the Landlords that work with them. We purposely avoid Duncan's Yeardley properties now and will not work with anyone who uses the same referencing company. What a nightmare.
