Unfortunately, we had quite a tough time with our solicitors but Gina did a great job in going above and beyond to update us and manage our expectations. I think without Gina I would have gone mad! They truly sell amazing homes and have great staff working there.

As a seller through Duncan Yeardley, we have nothing but praise for them. Having previously used another estate agent when we tried to sell 18 months ago, we were a bit jaded with estate agents as a whole. However, the staff did everything they could to put us at ease, and reassure us. I received a great service from the start of my tenancy to the end (3 years). Their online tenant portal made the commencement process and document management really straightforward. Michelle looked after us really well during my time at the property. Always responding quickly and actioned any requests. Was very polite and lovely to deal with. Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012.
